In his spare time at home on his smallholding, Tony produces some of the best rare breed organic pork available to humanity, supplying a few select kitchens and restaurants in London and Essex. This year's breeding stock are Gloucestershire Old Spots and Tamworth crosses fed on organic apples from a local orchard and finished at Humphreys, the award winning local butchers.  For any porky enquires please drop him an email.
